About MindsetMatters

The Healing Trauma Center

Traditional therapy, life coaching and yoga practices often exclude the importance of race-based trauma as a root cause for the escalation of violence, depression, anger, anxiety and other mental health issues that are prevalent within individuals of color.

MindsetMatters The Healing Trauma Center  specializes in the uprooting of racialized trauma and the healing of the psyche and the body systems of Black and Brown people.

Our goal is to contribute to the collective healing from the effects of all levels of trauma.

Our therapists, life coaches, and yoga instructors are licensed and certified with a range of specialties, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-identity, cultural specific, mindfulness, and thought transformation. Our therapists and coaches utilize evidence-based methodologies.
